Does is have to be dark?

No. We provide hire of high definiton LED screens for daytime events. For more information see here.

What do I need to do?

We provide and manage all the kit, we can even assist you in arranging the film licence and managing the event. We provide the screen, projector, PA and full set up and pack down. We’re experts in delivering cinematic events so if you need any advice please ask.

Are you insured?

Yes we have full public liability insurance.

What should our audience bring?

The main thing is to make sure they bring a camping chair and loads of warm clothing. It is surprising how cold you can get when sat still – so blankets and sleeping bags make for a much more comfortable experience. We offer food and drink at many of our events and can advise you on which local caterers to use to suit your event.

Do I need power at my venue?

If you have it – YES, it is handy. We need 2 x domestic 13 amp sockets. If you don’t that is also fine, as we carry a silent generator that powers our whole set up. No extra cost.

What happens if its windy?

Our rigs can with stand winds of up to 30 knots, anything stronger and we will have to take the setup down for health ans safety reasons.

What happens if it rains?

All our set-ups are weather proof, so as long as your audience can bring umbrellas and raincoats the show will go on.

What if something goes wrong with the kit?

We have a trained technician on hand to sort out any technical issues that may arise.

What if I damage the screen or projector?

It is up to the individual or business that hires the equipment to source insurance if they want to be covered for an accidental damage or loss. We can point you in the right direction.
