Its not all Smoke and Mirrors

Blackbeam have invested in more Smoke in order to Support our Event Clients by Adding the atmosphere to the experience and to support Film and TV services in the South West UK. Blackbeam have secured funding to help with the investment. The funding was received from North Devon Council – UK Shared Prosperity Fund _Business Boost 2. This project is part-funded by the UK Government through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund.
